Bloomkare Creator Guidelines
Purpose: The purpose of these Guidelines is to outline the mandatory rules of conduct and procedures that Creators must adhere to, from registering on the platform to executing campaigns and acquiring rewards.
Article 1. (Registration and Membership Tier Policy) - [Registration and Account Linking] Members may browse campaigns immediately upon platform registration; however, to actively apply for campaigns, they must mandatorily link their active TikTok account via OAuth.
- [Membership and Privileges] The system grants four distinct Membership Levels and corresponding privileges based on the Member's account linking status and social metrics, as follows:
- Member: Registration is complete, but the TikTok account is not linked. Can only browse the campaign list; application is not permitted.
- Creator: TikTok account linking is complete. Can apply for up to five (5) campaigns per day.
- Verified Creator: Meets the criteria of having 2,000+ followers and a linked 'TikTok Business Account'. There is no limit on the number of campaign applications (unlimited applications allowed).
- Bloom Creator: The highest tier, approved exclusively through manual review by a Master Admin. Granted special privileges to access Paid Campaigns in addition to regular campaigns.
Article 2. (Campaign Exploration and Application) - Members with a tier of Creator or higher may voluntarily browse and apply for campaigns that fit their niche (e.g., beauty, tech) and specific conditions through the marketplace within the dashboard.
- Prior to applying for a campaign, the Member must thoroughly review the 'Content Brief' for that campaign and is obligated to enter accurate delivery information to prevent shipping errors.
Article 3. (Product Receipt and Content Creation) - Members whose campaign application is 'Approved' can track the real-time shipping status using the logistics (ShipStation) tracking number provided in the 'My Campaigns' menu.
- A countdown to the designated submission deadline commences the moment the product is marked as 'Delivered'. The Member must upload a video to TikTok in compliance with the guidelines within this timeframe.
- When creating and uploading the video, the Member must mandatorily include the mandatory hashtags specified in the guidelines within the caption.
Article 4. (URL Submission and Automated Verification Feedback) - The Member must copy the URL of the video uploaded to TikTok and submit it through the designated submission form within the dashboard.
- The submitted URL is immediately (within one second) verified automatically by the platform system to check for the omission of mandatory hashtags.
- Upon passing the initial automated verification, the submission is transferred to the Administrator's final review stage. If an immediate 'Reject' notification is received due to missing hashtags or other errors, the Member must correctly amend the TikTok caption and resubmit it to the platform.
Article 5. (Reward Acquisition and Ecosystem Utilization) - Members who receive final approval from the Administrator will be immediately awarded the Points and Experience Points (EXP) specified for the campaign.
- Based on accumulated EXP and activity metrics, Members can fulfill the requirements for higher memberships (e.g., Verified Creator) and can acquire additional rewards by completing quests assigned within the platform, such as '3 consecutive on-time submissions'.
- Accumulated Points can be immediately requested for exchange for rewards such as lighting equipment, digital gift cards, and trending products at the Reward Store within the platform.
